This paper is about a case study referring to a piece of waterfront in the area of Litohoro in Northern Greece. The area that in the past had prospered by tourism coming from Yugoslavia, has recently gone through a gradual degradation. The project, which is the result of a funded research, proposes a series of incidental interventions, which are aiming at enhancing the ecological resources and character of the place and opening new fields to the already existing tourist businesses of the area.
