Image making has sevely influenced the context of contemporary architectural practice, while always redefining the established boarders of the discipline. Representation of the design process is recently being developped as an autonomous artifact, consisting material for publication. At the same time, contemporary urbanity is becoming overwhelmed by its rapidly changing «image». The question arising would be whether it is architecture and its evolving «context» that aim to form the «image» of the metropolis or the «image» of the metropolis that stands as a cause, generating new means and devices for the production of architecture.
