The purpose of this study is to clarify the method to design the environnemental communication for all people including sensory (visual and auditory) impaired people. In particular, environnemental communication in stations should be planned with consideration to correlation between any kinds of communication, because it includes visual auditory, and tactile communication . In this article, it proposes the guideline for universal design of environnemental communication in stations and the validity of « Environnemental Communication Assistance System(ECAS) » using new communication technologies for sensory impaired people.
