The presentation presents an original method of establishing measures for improving life quatlity parameters and reaching the maximum of their effectiveness. These parameters were distributed into two conditional contrasted groups of « cause » and « consequence », after Spearman's rank correlation coefficient between them was estimated. A computerized calculation of statistical ties disclosed a strong interrelationship betweenthem, and it enabled to line the « cause » parameters according to their importance. The housing standard was among the most important factors in the programme of life quality improvement.
